Caroline is the company’s secretary and bookkeeper, the first point of contact for our customers, and with over twenty years at Eastern Counties, she is responsible for delegating work and resolving any issues our customers might have.

Before joining our team, Caroline had previously worked for several local accounting firms, totalling forty years’ experience, so if there’s a problem, she’ll have dealt with it before.
