First rate! Fast and efficient. Within half an hour - dead rat. Up to date latest equipment with no mess. Although Council £20 cheaper, they said it could take 11 days and would need 5 visits to replenish poison. Terry dispatched a rat in half an hour! I have since found that two schools I know also use this company. A true professional who gets the job done.

An excellent firm to deal with. From the initial phone call to the conclusion of the problem it was very impressive. A prompt visit followed the initial phone call and the operative who dealt with the problem was efficient, friendly and informative throughout the process and got the job done. Would definitely recommend this company. They provided a friendly, efficient, effective and honest service at a reasonable cost. They came the next day to take a look at our cunning pest in the loft, which they instantly confirmed was a squirrel and advised that we had previously had bats too!
They gave good sound advice and humanely caught our grey squirrel and hopefully identified the hole in our roof for repair. Wasted two months of calls with local council who would not visit unless I could state whether it was a rat or a squirrel!?! Terry, thanks again for your assistance

Purposely chose a local firm and have no hesitation in recommending. Quick response to initial email, kept in daily friendly contact for revisits and within a few days had efficiently caught and removed family of squirrels from our loft with appropriate equipment.
Offered alternative methods of dealing with the problem and was more than happy to go with our request to follow as humane a route as possible. We were also very happy with the reasonable final cost as I couldn't have tackled it.

Over the past few years, we have had to call Eastern Counties out a number of times to deal with pesky bee and wasps nests that appear in the roof-space of our 300 year old barn. In the past year, Terry has been out a handful of times to help us get rid of the colonies; each and every time we are greeted with a smile and expert service.

We had a squirrel in our loft we called them to look at pest they came and put traps and bait down and in a few days the pest was removed. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem.
